In the event of a workplace injury, People First Co handles the entire process. Here is our protocol:

1. Minute 0 — Worker reports injury to PFC supervisor on-site
2. Within 5 min — PFC notifies GFA site contact
3. Immediate — Worker receives medical attention at pre-identified occupational health clinic
4. Within 1 hour — PFC files first report of injury
5. Within 24 hours — Written incident report delivered to GFA
6. Ongoing — PFC handles workers' comp claim, medical coordination, and return-to-work plan

GFA's responsibility: None. People First Co manages the entire incident lifecycle.
